May 19 - 30
A 12-day (2200+mile) family road trip from Illinois to New York for a wedding and seeing the sights along the way there and back. Our first real road trip as just the five of us – our son was 3 (until a couple weeks after we returned) and the twins turned 2 during the trip; they were also were potty training (not my plan). With our new family mantra: "Keep your expectations low." "That's the way we roll." It all went surprising well!
